Can I get a quote without a site visit?
Yes, for many small jobs we can give you a clear next step from photos, videos, or a short description. Some jobs may still need an on-site assessment, but we’ll let you know upfront.
How do I book a handyman job?
Just send us the job details, your location, and photos if you have them. We’ll review the request, confirm the scope, and help you book the best next step.
Will I know the price before the work starts?
Yes. We aim to make pricing clear before work begins. Depending on the job, we may offer a fixed price, an hourly rate, or recommend a site visit before confirming the final cost.
Do you give arrival windows?
Yes. We provide practical arrival windows instead of vague “sometime tomorrow” promises. If anything changes, we’ll communicate with you as early as possible.
What happens if the job is bigger than expected?
If we arrive and the job is different from what was described, we’ll explain the issue before continuing. No surprise add-ons - we’ll confirm the next step clearly.

What types of jobs do you handle?
We handle small repairs, installs, touch-ups, furniture assembly, screens and shades, property maintenance, punch lists, and general handyman jobs around homes, rentals, offices, and local businesses.
Can I send a list of several small jobs?
Yes, that’s exactly what we’re built for. Send the full list and we’ll let you know what can be done in one visit, what needs materials, and whether anything needs a separate quote.
Do you work with landlords, agents, and property managers?
Yes. We can help with rental repairs, move-in and move-out lists, tenant maintenance requests, pre-listing touch-ups, and general property upkeep. We can also send updates and completion photos when needed.
Do I need to be there while the work is done?
Not always. As long as we have safe access, clear instructions, and any required permissions, we may be able to complete the job and send updates or photos afterward.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. We aim to leave the work area tidy and the job properly finished. For many jobs, we can also send completion photos so you can see what was done.
